How do I send instruments?
To send instruments for sharpening please ensure they are sterilised and are securely wrapped. For most people this means wrapping in bubble wrap and placing in a jiffy bag or box. Please also ensure that a return/invoice address is enclosed with them.

How long is the process?
Instruments need to be with us for 2 working days. This does not include the day they arrive

What if an instrument can't be sharpened?
If an instrument cannot be sharpened it will be tagged and an advice note will be sent to explain why.

Cost and payment methods
The cost is £3.00 per point (£6.00 per double ended instrument) and £6.00 per Elevator/Luxator and £8.00 return postage
Your invoice is with your returned instruments we only send a copy to the practice.
It is the responsibility of the practice to ensure that a copy is sent to their accounts dept for payment.
Payment is made either by cheque or bank transfer , we do not take payment over the phone
